For compatibility, owners with previously purchased Gizmo Mill units will need to send them in for additional parts. Our aim is to help our frustrated customers, who, having purchased units that were FULLY COMPATIBLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, have had to deal with incompatibility issues arising from BMW's latest firmware updates.

Unfortunately, we are unable to simply give away parts, and therefore must charge a US$25 fee, which will cover parts, labour, and return shipping.
